By entering postures slowly and holding them with mindful stillness, we hydrate and restore the fascia, improving circulation, mobility, and energetic flow throughout the body. As the tissue softens, the nervous system quiets. In this softening, the subtle body awakens.This is not a practice of effort, but of surrender - a prayer of presence returning the body to its natural harmony.
